Dear Friend of the Alaska 4x4 Meet & Greet:
 
The Ninth annual Alaska 4x4 Meet & Greet will be held at the Alaska Air and Transportation Museum June 19th through the 21st 2010. This is a family-oriented event promoting camaraderie, and networking throughout Alaska’s Off Highway Vehicle community and is attended by hundreds of outdoor and off-road enthusiasts. The committee has great plans to increase participation this year, and we invite you to become a part of this community event.
 
The Alaska 4x4 Meet & Greet provides activities and seminars for people of all ages and charges a minimal fee for camping, meals and entertainment for the entire weekend. Your contribution will provide the necessary means to ensure the success of the event and low-cost for participants, as well as provide your business with access to your target market.

This year we have several sponsorship opportunities to choose from:
 
$1-$249 Kenai Level   Small print name on program and website.
 
$250-$499 Kodiak Level   Large print name on all benefits of the Kenai level, plus  and name on the Meet & Greet T-shirt
 
$500-$999 Yukon Level   Small logos on all benefits of the Kodiak Level, plus 1 ½" by 1 ½" ad space on the program and links on the website
 
$1000+ Denali Level   Large logos on all benefits of the Yukon Level, plus 3 ½" by 1 ½" ad space on the program and name on main event banner
 
All donors of raffle items will receive verbal recognition as the item is raffled off in addition to the sponsorship benefits according to the items fair market value. Any in-kind or other donations of rental equipment will also be recognized according to their fair-market value.

All donations at the Kodiak Level and above must be received by April 30, 2010 to receive all recognition. To receive Kenai level recognition, the deadline is May 31, 2010.
