Greetings Fourwheelers!
I'd like to thank you all for coming out to our club meetings! Club membership has been growing steadily, much more so than last year. I look forward to all kinds of Family oriented Club activities and trail runs this year.
Remember, YOU are the membership! The club is only as strong as it's members will make it. If you think of a great idea, find fault with something, etc., speak up! If something "sucks" let us know. Be active in your club, and it'll prosper as a result. Remember, my position as President is to help steer the membership to a common consensus, not act as a dictator.
We have finalized the design for the new club logo. Scott Hala, our club Webmaster/Secretary, has posted it in the website. I'm in the process of accepting bids to have club stickers produced. From what I've seen so far, we may have to redesign or revert back to the old logo.
Because our new design has is so colorful with complex color fades etc., we're looking at about $7.00 per sticker! (That's if I purchase 200!!!) We can't afford $1400.00 on clubs stickers this year. Resultingly, I'm in the process of negotiation to find a more reasonable vendor or perhaps redesign the logo to bring down production costs. We may have to vote again on changes...
