I. Call Meeting to order and Announcements
A. Next meeting (June 21) at Park. Will do a potluck style barbeque afterwards.
B. Raffle ideas
1. Buy plasma rope for raffle – this received good response and we’ll purchase if we can get a good deal.
2. Half-day fishing trip also suggested
D. Meet & Greet T-shirts available in every size but large, for $10 ($11 for XXL).
II. Members

A. We have money again since the M&G was successful

IV. New Business
A. Meet and Greet recap
1. All volunteers should write down 5 or more things that they think went well, and 5 or more things that could have gone better. Officers will send out email to remind members.
2. Will put an AER (after event review) together, for future reference
3. Should make decision if AK Ex will host it again next year, assumed it would be done
a) Could scout locations starting now
b) Start thinking about dates now
4. Question was asked if a dozer should be rented, Scott and Dan Lance to research and decide
B. Ruby/King River trail status
1. Trail maintenance ideas, organizing happening. Will block off unnecessary bypasses and harden good routes.
2. Work scheduled for June 21 run.
C. Bear Paw Festival
1. Club will do parade again
2. $35 to register group, max 14 vehicles
3. Must have insurance, and must have list of participants ahead of time
4. Parade is July 12, entry Deadline June 20
